Progress Report #5

Amazing things are happening with the GDOP Plymouth effort!

Our early morning and noon prayer room attendance has been steady with attendance each of the nine times it has been open. The evening prayer meetings have also been well attended with more than one church represented at each gathering so far.

You have received email updates from Arlyne Heinig regarding the 90 Days of Blessing Carlson Family Project. God continues to amaze us with how He has brought people together who are willing to meet the significant needs in their lives. I see the opportunities to work closely with those outside of our little GDOP Plymouth group as yet another opportunity God has given us to bring Him glory in our community.

I've included our GDOP Plymouth prayer list. (For those of you who requested daily prayer prompts the following list will be a duplicate.)

May God bless you in specific ways today!

Gay
Ps - let me encourage you to use the daily prayer guide, stop by the prayer room (Quiznos Sub building, Plymouth) between 5:30-7am or noon-1pm daily through the 22nd, or to join one of the prayer gatherings in one of the area churches 6:30-7:30pm each evening through the 22nd, as you are able. God is being blessed as we seek Him together!

Global Day of Prayer: Plymouth

As of May 17, 2010 (Counting down: 6 days to Pentecost Sunday!)

Please pray...
  • specifically during the next two days (May 17 and 18) for those living in the town of Rhine, town of Russell and the village of Elkhart Lake; that hearts would be prepared to receive the Word and the gospel, for those who have fallen away from our Lord to return to Him, for refreshing and revival in the hearts of those who know and serve Him now

also continue to pray...
  • for great participation in the Global Day of Prayer gathering, 3 pm at Riverview Middle School in Plymouth on Pentecost Sunday (May 23); may hundreds come from all over our county as we gather before God in repentance and prayer; praise God for the solid response and participation we are experiencing for the Ten Days of Continuous Prayer opportunities!
  • the organizing team continue to be sensitive to God's leading as we plan and work together with other churches and community organizations to bless our community during June, July and August; specifically pray for the Carlson Family project and the Plymouth community clean up project
  • for effective communication between the organizing team, community and area leaders, and church mobilizers; and effective communication between church mobilizers and their congregations
  • for at least 28 additional people who will commit to fast and pray one day each month during June, July and August so that we will have the 90 Days of Blessing covered with continuous prayer and fasting; for each of the prayer walk and drive routes to be prayed through at least once
